Nomination for the Board of Directors

The 2021 Board of Director election in September is approaching. If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors, and meet the criteria per the HOA’s Election Rules, please complete the nomination form and return to Diana Johnson at CMS no later than 5PM July 16th.  You may email the form to djohnson@communitymanagement.com or mail to CMS Attn: Diana Johnson, 1935 Dry Creek Suite #203, Campbell, CA 95008. General

  • The calendar, agenda and logistics will be available via the usual communication channel (kiosks), but will also be posted on the Cuernavaca HOA website.

  • Board meeting calendar, meetings are typically on the 4th Monday of the month, from 19:00 to 21:00.

  • Only home owners are allowed to join board meetings. Therefore, when joining a board meeting, state your name, your address and confirm that you are a home owner.

  • Meeting minutes are not published but may be obtained by sending a request to CMS.

Participating

  • As long as the Covid restrictions are in place, board meeting will be held virtually over Zoom.

  • The board meetings will have a permanent ZoomID (84866259251) and members can participate by joining the Zoom meeting. Note that the host of the meeting controls final admission to the meeting (to avoid Zoom-bombing).
