Cuernavaca HOA 2023 Elections

The results of HOA 2023 Elections are in. Art Lewis was elected to the Board. One (1) position became vacant. The IRS Resolution and 2021 minutes were approved. The above results of the ballot were reported to the Board at the Meeting of March 28, 2023. Full details are available in the attachment.
Running the HOA Board with less than full membership is hard. Hamed Eshraghian has volunteered to step up and the Board has appointed him to fill the vacant position. We thank Hamed for his willingness to serve on the Board.
